TPRF is an abbreviation for Taipei Rainbow Festival, also known as the Taipei International Rainbow Festival.

Every year at the end of October, during the Taiwan Pride Parade, the global LGBT+ community gathers at Taipei's highest peak. However, there is a lack of large-scale events that allow the LGBT community to learn about rainbow-friendly brands and free parties. Therefore, the organizers referenced the models of Pride Parades in various countries and invited the Taipei City Government Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Taipei City Cultural Foundation Ximending Red House Foundation as co-organizers, which led to the birth of the "Taipei International Rainbow Culture Festival".

The biggest feature of the Taipei International Rainbow Culture Festival is that it brings together rainbow-friendly cultural and creative brands and enterprises to exhibit, and invites performing elites from all walks of life in the rainbow culture circle to integrate a series of performance activities. This allows the LGBT+ community and people from all over the country to enjoy free lights and stages and have fun at the most rainbow moment in Taipei, while also promoting the value of rainbow culture to the public.
